The staff was cheerful, the position was simple and the room was gorgeous. The bed was cozy and it was great having blackout drapes and power sockets. A mall and supermarket were right next door. I had access to easy free parking, heated pool.

my very enjoyable experience in bishop's stortford. lots of supplies in the room: air conditioning, terrace and free tea. plunge swimming pool in the hotel was excellent. decor was elegant, great value.

We really enjoyed staff and food. Comfortable place for city break in Bishop's Stortford. Within a walking distance of Tossed uk restaurant, where you can have lunch. Honestly no complaints❤
